Our pigs are raised outdoors year-round using rotational paddocks. They’re fed organic, locally sourced feed and supplemented with dairy and garden scraps for a robust, flavorful meat. We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs for their exceptional marbling, docile nature, and winter hardiness.

Availability & Purchasing

A $200 deposit is required to reserve a whole pig. Email us at seeya@back40farmstead.com to check availability or reserve.

Our pigs will be ready to butcher in early October. Since we have a limited number of pigs, reserving as soon as possible is encouraged!
